  • Access to your client dashboard with interactive quote, booking and invoice details at your fingertips.
  • An event or wedding budgeting tool.
  • Detailed project plan and checklist unique to your event.
  • In-person and video call planning consultations with your Silk Estate Event Manager.
  • Site visit and measure-up to understand where your marquee and hire will be installed, alongside planning for a positive guest experience that is underpinned by practicality and safety onsite.
  • To scale marquee layout planning so you can image how the inside of your marquee will look and how much space you will have inside.
  • Styling and décor recommendations + marquee styling and set up service.
  • Semi-custom stationery and signage design and creation.
  • Food and beverage operations planning – including liaison with your caterer around menu and kitchen design, beverage list curation, professional beverage service and event hosting.
  • Health & safety and compliance planning including Building Consent application and FENZ Fire Evacuation approval (if required).
  • Creation of your event specific run sheet to tie together details of important contacts, key timings, operational information and elements from each of your suppliers that will contribute to the overall success of the event.
  • Onsite management of your event or wedding.
